Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to customers all around the world.
Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we won’t be able to modify the order — but don’t worry, you can return it for a full refund once you receive it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Once processed, your order will be shipped out the next business day.
(Please note: We don’t ship orders on weekends or holidays.)
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, please expect delivery within 2–4 weeks.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Our prices are listed tax-free in U.S. dollars. Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees once your order arrives. These charges are your responsibility. For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
How do I return an item?

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
Please email us right away with your order number and photos of the item(s). We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly!
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For credit or debit cards, the refund typically appears within 7–10 business days after we process your return or cancellation. If you haven't seen the refund yet, please reach out to your bank or card company as processing times can vary.
